YF-serien PVC-heteroprofillinjer används främst för PVC-dörr- och fönsterprofiler, breda dörrskivor och fönsterplatser. Denna produktionslinje kan välja olika specifikationer av parallella (koniska) dubbla skruextruderare baserat på olika profilsektioner och formar och konfigurera motsvarande vakuumformningsbord, traktor, skärmaskin, vridplattform och annan hjälputrustning.

Den huvudsakliga extruderingsvolymen kan välja mellan 60 kg och 700 kg per timme. Traktorn använder vårt företags unika lyftteknik, smidigt arbete, god tillförlitlighet och stor dragkraft. Vakuumställning använder en speciell typ av förstärkt hålström kylsystem för att möta behovet av höghastighetsextrudering. Skärmaskinens rörelsehastighet och draghastighet säkerställer synkronisering, alla använder importerad PLC-elektrisk kontroll, är väl utformade, kör stabil skärning och är utrustade med damm återvinningsenhet. Beroende på olika slipmedel kan formateringsbordet välja 4 meter, 6 meter, 8 meter, 11 meter och andra specifikationer.
